You wrote down the most important milestones of the next twelve months in the Planner.
However, it will be much easier for you to work if you change your annual goals into small ones. What do you have to do to get closer to fulfilling your vision in the next 30, 60, 90 days?
We recommend that you do not plan on your own. Create a quarterly in collaboration with all colleagues who are responsible for at least one area in the project.
Then, in Kvartálnik, write down the individual tasks and assign them to a specific week in the next three months.
If you want to increase the chance that the little thing will not go unnoticed and will be brought to a successful end, do not forget to assign a specific task to a specific colleague. Let everyone know who needs to be chased before the deadline :)
