The previous month brought sad news from our eastern neighbor, for which no one was prepared.

The situation has affected everyone and we are trying to process what is happening.

That's why we want to help you stay mentally well. It is the best way to handle the current situation.

First of all, it is important to realize that worry and stress are natural parts of our lives. All this behavior is automatic and serves to protect life. However, if you stay in it for a long time, it can have very unpleasant consequences.

So what can help in these situations?


1. Breathing exercises

Breathing exercises are the first aid for calming your body during stress and, in addition, it is also a useful prevention. It is often underestimated due to its simplicity, but considering its preventive benefits, this is a great shame. Even with such an obvious thing as breathing, you can harm yourself if you don't go about it in the right way.
