PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
By participating in the Contest, the Contestant acknowledges and agrees that the Contest Organizer is, as the controller of personal data, entitled to the Contestant's personal data to the extent of the user name on the social network Facebook or Instagram, depending on where the contest is held, and in the case of Winning the Contest to the extent of name, surname, telephone number and delivery address, or other data notified to the Organizer, as well as the specification of the prize and its value in EUR, to be processed for the purpose of organizing and evaluating the Competition. We will publish the winner's profile in a comment to the post about the competition.
The Organizer will process the personal data of the Contestants for the period necessary for the organization and evaluation of the Contest. In the case of unsuccessful Contestants, this period shall not exceed the duration of the Contest and, subsequently, the necessarily necessary period after the evaluation of the Contest, which is necessary to resolve any suggestions and complaints from the Contestants and which should not exceed 3 months after the evaluation of the Contest. In the case of Winners, the processing period for their personal data is 10 years after the evaluation of the Competition and the awarding of the prize, since in this case it is the period during which the Organizer of the Competition is obliged to keep the accounting documents in relation to the awarded prize according to tax and accounting legislation.
The primary legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the Contestant, which the Contestant expresses by participating in the Contest. Provision of personal data is a condition for participation in the Competition, without which participation is not possible. The secondary legal basis is also the fulfillment of the contract, i.e. the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of the Contest Organizer arising from the Contest Rules, and after fulfillment also the legitimate interests of being able to inform about the result of the contest by publishing the winner's profile in a comment on the post about the contest and at the same time prove that he has properly fulfilled his obligations . Participation in the Competition, as well as consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose, is voluntary and consent can be revoked at any time. Withdrawal of consent will terminate the Contestant's participation in the Contest.
